A base DPC consists of:

• information Infrastructure, which includes the server hardware and provides the basic functions of a data processing center - data processing and storage of information;
• telecommunications infrastructure provides a link for the data processing center elements and the transfer of data between data processing centers and users;
• ћ engineering infrastructure ensures the normal functioning of major systems data processing centers.
